Mobile Developer - London - £40-50k My client is a top 3 UK Digital Agency based in London. They are looking for a Mobile Developer to join an innovative team to work on advertising, digital projects and games for friends to play together over social and mobile platforms such as Facebook, MySpace, Google, Bebo, iPhone and Android. In return a salary range of £40-50k is on offer as well as the chance to work with a highly successful, growing organisation. They are looking for a number of enthusiastic and intelligent Developers who will have the opportunity to build my client's mobile applications for their gaming products. The work is often Greenfield and involves work on the core architecture of the system, thus creative individuals with "Spark" are required. Successful candidates will need very good academics, extensive Scripting knowledge, and scalable systems knowledge and thrive to build innovative and cutting edge software applications. They are looking for candidates with the following technologies: For iOS role: At least 3 non trivial apps released in the app store At least 3 years spent doing professional programming of which at least 1 full year on iOS development Knowledge of web technologies and paradigms (Flash, PHP, JSON, Ajax, AMF, HTTP, REST) Preference to candidates who have worked on graphic rich, eye candy applications and/or games Preference to people who have worked on social features and hot techs (Facebook SDK, Twitter integration, Flurry Analytics, Google Maps, Augmented Reality, Push Notifications, etc.) Knowledge of other Object Oriented programming languages and modern software design a plus (C++/Java, design patterns, MVC, etc.) For Android: All the previous apply, but strong Java as opposed to Objective-C knowledge, and Android SDK version 2.1+ is required.
