Kforce is looking to fill a Web Designer Position for one of our clients in San Antonio, Texas. The Designer would be able to work from home 4 days/week. 1 day/week, this consultant would need to come on-site to the company. This is for the Austin candidates. While in training, first 2-3 weeks, consultant will need to be onsite. The position is located in Austin, Texas. Those interested and qualified are encouraged to apply. The following skills, knowledge and experience are required for this Web Designer position unless noted otherwise: Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience in Web/Graphic/Media/Digital Design 6+ years of experience in Website design Expert in XHTML, CSS and JavaScript Experience with Photoshop, Dreamweaver and Microsoft Office Must be self-motivating and able to work well with a diverse group of people Able to handle stress, including short deadlines Good communication skills, both written and verbal Excellent understanding of web usability and design interaction principles Must have an online portfolio or links to examples of work Experience with Interaction Design and Page Prototypes CSS2 page layouts and developed images Dynamic prototyping to produce Functional Content Model
