Blue Chip Insurance Company seeks User Experience Developer to be responsible for the creative design and Front End development of digital services provided for their customers, partners and advisors. If you have developed user experience, customer experience or digital experience then read on. Key accountabilities:. To design and develop innovative Front End digital services (websites, emails, micro-sites, RIAs mobile/tablet sites and apps, etc.) which are intuitive to use and reflect business/commercial goals whilst adhering to best practice digital design and development principles. To effectively lead Front End digital design and development activities within E-commerce projects, working with 3rd parties, IT development and project teams ensuring the delivery and realisation of customer value.. To provide digital creative design consultancy to support the wider business in the delivery of continuous improvements/innovations includes providing visual concepts and proto-types in support of new business initiatives.. To work closely with digital experience designers and effectively in x-functional teams supporting the design and development of Front End digital services to our customers across a range of digital media and devices The role will be based in the South West; the salary is £40,000 + benefits. Key Experience:. Proven experience and skills across digital/web/graphic design and development products including Adobe Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Illustrator, InDesign, Flash, Flex. Expertise in digital design and Front End development including HTML5, xHTML, CSS3, JavaScript and AJAX Flair for creativity, forward thinking and passionate about design. Innovative and creative thinker with strong process and organisational skills with a solid track record in supporting E-commerce projects a (background of working with CMS driven websites would be nice but not essential). Understanding of the digital landscape and the ability to work across multiple functions and in a virtual team environment If you are a natural leader with excellent communication skills, please send your CV.
