I need something that looks like a newsletter or report. It should not look like a full color fancy report. It should have some color / and laid out as attached. It should look professional and corporate. Once we have the layout - we can fill in graphs and content.

I do have a sample sketched layout that you are required to convert into an html/css email template.

Few design concepts would be appreciated!
