We are expanding our Kellen Interactive team, seeking an experienced Web Developer (3+ years) to create and maintain multiple web sites for clients. The Web Developer should be well versed in Internet technologies and applications. Primarily responsible for creating, building, testing, maintaining and troubleshooting web sites, web applications and scripts in a very fast-paced environment. This position will provide the opportunity to work closely with our account teams, graphic designers and programmers, to create innovative online solutions. Required Skills: 3+ years professional experience developing for the web Excellent hands-on knowledge of standards-compliant HTML, XHTML, CSS, JavaScript Experience with other web development technologies/production tools such as AJAX and JavaScript Libraries, specifically jQuery Ability to translate Photoshop design comps and wireframes into working HTML templates Experience with one or more Server Side technologies (ie ASP, PHP, .NET, etc.) and interfacing with a relational database (ie MySQL, SQL Server, Access) and knowledge of SQL Thorough understanding of cross platform/browser compatibility issues Excellent communication skills (written, verbal & presentation) and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of people Excellent organizational skills, and ability to track production time against budgeted hours effectively Must be able to manage multiple clients, projects and deliverables simultaneously Must be highly productive when working independently and work well in a team environment Additional experience with any of the following would also be considered desirable: Web design experience Website and user interface design Social Media campaigns Flash/ActionScript and Flex Theming and customizing open source applications (eg, Drupal, WordPress) Internet marketing and techniques This is a great opportunity for the right candidate, seeking a permanent position within a well-established, international company with excellent growth potential.
