I need an e-cover design for the E-book that i give away to subscribers of my list.

It is all set up, except for the photo of the e-book given away.

Ideally, i would like the cover to include the title of the book and my photo.
I would like it to have a spiral coil binder on the side.

If you think you can do this one and deliver it within 2 days, please drop me a line.  

I am always in need for e-design for my online products. Success with this design will qualify the designer to work on several other similar jobs with me.
