I'm looking for someone to convert a 183 page Word file into an ePub file.  The Word document is 183 pages.  I need the ePub to be formatted for Kindle, iPad and iPhone.  The Word file contains tables that will need to look EXACTLY as they do in the Word file on each of the different platforms (Kindle, iPad and iPhone).  I would like for a table of contents that links to the proper chapter.
