Position Title: eCommerce Marketing Coordinator Location: Home Office - Glenwillow, Ohio Position Summary: The eCommerce Marketing Coordinator will assist in all aspects of digital marketing, campaigns communication and external brand presence to the end consumer, including but not limited to: all digital marketing initiatives of eCommerce site, social media activities, email communications, copy, performance marketing and execution of digital channel marketing plans. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Support all online marketing initiatives for eCommerce site including site coordination, email marketing, social networks, search engine marketing, mobile marketing, on-site product and promotions in collaboration with the eCommerce Marketing team. Web site coordination: merchandising samples coordination; web site product and photography organization; and all Web-based content and online promotions support. Manage day-to-day blog calendar, copy and maintenance. Acts as web site and digital copywriter. Post daily social network updates and maintenance. Coordinate SMS inbound and outbound mobile initiatives, QR code programs, mobile apps and mobile site. Work directly with third party graphic designers to create and implement onsite landing pages, email campaigns and web site promotions. Provide overall marketing support for the eCommerce web site. Work with eCommerce Marketing Manager to develop, maintain and execute eCommerce strategy encompassing complete digital channel from start to finish including design, creative execution, distribution and post campaign follow up for all digital marketing communication. Maintain digital marketing calendar including email, social and events integrating with marketing campaigns.
