I`m looking for an experienced lead graphics designer to join my oDesk creative design team. The acceptable candidate should have an extensive portfolio of 2D Illustrations for review.

I am looking for someone who has knowledge of comic book / Japanese manga-style illustration and as well as being well-versed in cute & cuddly looking vector artworks and flash-based animations. The ability to draw Chibi-style animation is a plus.

This will be a long-term project and I am looking someone who can effectively lead / coordinate a group of oDesk graphic designers to complete projects, ranging from ePub creation to video game character design, in an efficient and timely manner.

Must be oDesk Ready and have excellent English communication skills.
