Rate: EUR35k - EUR80k per annum   Location: Nuremberg   

I am currently seeking an expert in User Interface Design to join a diverse international group of experts based in either Nuremberg or Prague. You should be someone who has strong web skills and a background in graphic arts, and ideally be familiar with Linux and open source software such as Inkscape. You should take pride in making software pleasant and empowering people through your user focused designs. You must be able to work well with programmer to make your designs a reality. You must be able to demonstrate the following skills; A strong focus to make excellent software for people to use Strong sense of design Dedication to quality Focused on results An appreciation of an autonomous work style Working well with a team of software developers Understanding of illustration software Not afraid to sketch UIs, even if simply using pencils and paper Detail-oriented while maintaining a clear view of the big picture Strong communication skills Continual thirst for learning Desirable skills are Familiarity with open source software, including Linux Knowledge of Inkscape Great understanding of client-side Web technologies Located in the Nürnberg or Prague areas, or are willing to relocate If this role could be of interest please get in touch ASAP with your latest CV.
