I need the UI and graphics done for my app quickly!

I need someone who is very experienced using adobe photoshop, illustrator and flash and integrating their super cool graphical skills into iPhone apps.

The job is going to be pretty simple. Basically, what I need is some UI work done for my app (the coding will is already handled).

The app itself will be a camera app, and I'll need four backgrounds, ten option icons within the app, and fifteen VERY simply animated little icon-sized sprite like characters (basically with just a running animation). I'm also going to need an icon and a splash page, but I've got that pretty much designed, I just need someone with actual artistic talent to transform it into something totally eye catching.

This needs to be a job that can be completed quickly.

Requirements:
- Someone who can do rock star like UI design
- Someone who has a four or five star rating
- Someone with experience creating sprites
- Someone who is familiar with memes and their rampant proliferation
