We are in search of a talented graphics person who can pretty much do it all, but we'll settle for someone who can do a few of the things that we need really well.

Most of all, we are looking for someone reliable, who religiously sticks to deadlines, doesn't give excuses, and always does what he/she says they are going to do.  We also want someone who doesn't have a big ego, is easy to work with, and can accept constructive criticism about their work. If you can't do that, it doesn't matter how talented you are.  It's not going to work.

You also must be available during US Eastern Time business hours M-F, and your written and spoken English must be excellent. Ability to follow directions is very important, but you also have to have the ability to think creatively and show initiative.

So, if you're a responsible, reliable, talented designer with a great attitude, who wants to do their job well consistently day in, and day out, then we want to talk to you.

Our projects include primarily print graphics, web graphics, and image compositing/retouching. We would love it if you also have multimedia experience with After Effects / Premiere and Flash, but this is not a requirement.

To summarize we require:
- easy to reach by email, phone or skype during US Eastern Time business hours
- has great spoken and written English communication skills
- ability to follow directions, while at the same time demonstrating creative initiative
- has a great attitude
- shows reliability and consistency with strong ability to meet deadlines
- can do photo compositing / retouching experience
- talented in print graphics design (flyers, brochures, logos, etc)
- has great web graphics design (web page design & layout)
- has lots of talent

- CSS
- HTML
- After Effects
- Premiere
- Convert Photoshop to XHTML & CSS
- HTML Emails
