looking for two graphic designers.

Must have ability to create visual concepts, using computer software, to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, or captivate consumers.

Training resources from designer blogs will be provided.

Additional Requirements:

The ability to write clearly in English and have Skype

•Minimum 2 years experience in rich media design and 2 years experience in online display ad design and production. BFA in design field preferred.
•Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Indesign, Flash and After Effects.
•Able to work collaboratively and independently when needed.
•Can work well in a VERY fast pace environment with frequent changes.
•Can respond effectively to marketing and creative feedback.
•Pays attention to details.
•Maintains a flexible and friendly attitude under pressure.
•Understanding of the limitations and challenges when designing for the web

Pay to be $1.00 / hour
