Summary: Under the direction of the Marketing Manager, develops & coordinates the implementation of Website development or redesign & supports Website maintenance as required. Also involves participation in the development of solutions to assist clients in the resolution of minor technical and programmatic problems with their Website(s). Supports as needed in Web analytics for assigned areas & managing implementation of various ad hoc marketing Web initiatives. May assume project mgmt responsibilities. Job Responsibilities: Assists the Program Manager in the development, evaluation and execution of web-based strategies that support division/department business goals and their associated marketing strategies. Uses web analytical tools to assist Marketing and Communications in making data driven decisions that will improve user satisfaction and drive patient volume. Assists in prioritizing web-based requests from departments/divisions. Serves as project manager for selected Web development/expansion initiatives. Oversees conception, planning and execution of selected Web development/expansion initiatives and serves as key point of contact for division/department. Functions as the liaison between agencies, internal clients and Cleveland Clinic Marketing team for web-based initiatives and web analytics. Educates internal resources on current web-based analytics best practices. Participates in the assessment & development of new Web technologies or improving current Web site applications & assist director/mgrs in defining how these new technologies can be applied. Conducts cost/pricing analysis in support of new technology development. Supports evaluation of search-engine strategies through the reporting of traffic trends & key word analysis. Conducts competitive analysis on key health-related Web sites or sites related to potential business partnerships. Interfaces with appropriate departments and divisions to obtain strategic information critical to tying Web-based tactics back to business goals. Performs all other duties as assigned. Education: Undergraduate degree in information system technology, interactive graphic design, communications/marketing or related field or three to five years of equivalent work experience required. Excellent quantitative, oral, written, analytical and reporting skills. Must be comfortable interacting with and presenting to various departments. Organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience: Minimum three years experience in Internet development, Web design, Photoshop, HTML programming and some project management. Demonstrated experience in MS Excel and Word. Licensure/Certification/Registration: None required. Physical Requirements: Typical physical demands include a high degree of dexterity to produce materials on a PC/word processor, normal or corrected vision and ability to tolorate extensive sitting and frequent walking to other parts of the
