This position is responsible for reviewing websites and other pertinent Cobalt products for accuracy and quality using a predefined QA process. This position may also be responsible for building websites using an understanding of general website building techniques and knowledge of Cobalt's proprietary platforms, software and systems. Key Responsiblities: Ensure all Cobalt products conform to departmental quality standards. Provide feedback to individual performers regarding quality and configuration errors or improvements. Utilize Cobalt's website platform to build, change and maintain basic websites and enhancement orders within targeted lead times. Manage, prioritize and maintain order queues to ensure all orders are built and fulfilled within targeted lead times while maintaining a high-level of accuracy and productivity. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, which would include communicating via phone, email and in person.Strong attention to detail. Ability to review work completed by others for consistency and quality using a step by step checklist. Problem solving skills with the ability to listen, analyze and act accordingly to resolve issues in a timely manner and with a sense of urgency. Working knowledge of Microsoft software: Outlook, MSWord, and Excel Knowledge of Cobalt's products and OEM standards and guidelines is preferred. Basic skills in building, editing and maintaining web sites. Intermediate working knowledge of Photoshop, hand coding HTML, and understanding of web graphic formats and optimization. Basic working knowledge of Flash and JavaScript. Knowledge of the automotive industry including current makes and models is useful. Customer service skills in dealing with partners, internal and external customers in a professional, patient and timely manner Qualifications Required (Experience, Skills, Academic): PREVIOUS SKILLS OR EXPERIENCE DESIRED: - 1-2 years in a QA or testing role is preferred. - 1-2 years of web-building or specialized training in HTML and graphics creation and editing. - 1-2 years of customer service experience in a high-tech environment. - Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced high-tech environment with tight deadlines.
