need a rather basic info graphic to demonstrate 2 different situations. Clean and simple is the goal of compare and contrast the difference between the 2. I have summarized here but can provide the details upon completion.

The data is 3 points (total devices - devices that are mine - devices that are not mine):

Scenario 1: 100 devices total exist, and 100 devices belong to me and the same 100 devices I can see. I have 100% visibility to my devices in this situation and 0% opportunity to replace any devices that are not mine.

Scenario 2: 100 devices total exist, 10 devices belong to me, I can only see 5 of my devices. I have 50% visibility to my devices in this situation and still have 90% opportunity to replace the 90 devices that are not mine with mine.

The goal is easy to understand the difference between scenario 1 and 2. Each has its own strength. #1 = I can see all mine, but there is no opportunity. #2, I can't see all my stuff, but there is a ton of opportunity to sell more devices.
