This job is to design an interactive Flash map for the following website:

http://www.freeholdlease.com

Right now, there is an existing map of Canada highlighting the provinces of BC, Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba.

I would like someone using the same map of Canada, spice this map up with some interactive Flash design (I've attached a blank map to use for this project).  When the user moves their mouse over any of the 4 provinces (British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba), I want the province to fill with the tan colour similar to the existing map, the border to thicken, for the province to appear to pop out slightly (use your creativity at your free will), and the province symbol to fade in on the province.  When the user clicks on any of the four provinces, I want a hyperlink to the following:

For those not familiar with Canada, the provinces from left to right are British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba. They are the provinces currently coloured tan on the website.

I think this is a fairly straight forward and simple job, but it must look sharp and professional.
