Job Title: Production Specialist Become an integral part of a growing in-house marketing communications agency while working alongside an enthusiastic team of people who share your passion. As a production specialist you will collaborate with an energetic team of creative individuals to take web projects through assessment and definition, creative and technical design, development, testing, quality assurance, production and launch. You will have the chance to put your multitasking skills to the test as you manage your tasks in an intense, deadline-driven environment. Typical job duties for a production specialist on our team: Conceptualize/Brainstorm Build, maintain and update web pages Build and launch permission-based marketing emails Follow and maintain visual identity standards Troubleshoot production files and templates Candidates must be able to: Organization & Time Management : Handle multiple projects at once while staying organized and planning ahead to meet deadlines. Follow documented processes and workflows Accurately track time spent per project for customer invoicing purposes. Communication: Understand common industry vocabulary. Communicate production processes in a way that clients, team members, and management will understand. Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills. Team work: Share information and ideas with others. Identify when to ask questions or to ask for help. Demonstrate an overall positive attitude and participate as a team member committed to team, group and company goals. Proactively identify and communicate situations/problems with team members and clients involved in projects. Demonstrate leadership on projects. Customer Focus : Communicate to clients in a polite and timely manner. Proactively update clients on their project status. Demonstrate an awareness of customer satisfaction and our role at meeting those needs. We are looking for someone with: College graduate with emphasis on Web development, Web design, graphic design or related field +1 years experience as Web developer, Web designer, or related Solid knowledge of Dreamweaver, and FrontPage. Experience with Microsoft Windows OS and MS Office software. Basic knowledge of HTML required. Basic knowledge of Flash, JavaScript, and/or DHTML would be helpful. Overtime : straight time
